I don’t dabble. I dive. When I care, I care deeply. When I commit, I show up fully. Whether it’s raising my son, writing a script, building a home, hosting a dinner, or pouring into my marriage, I’m all in, always.
Because passion isn’t something I switch on when it’s convenient. It’s how I move through the world.
Some people think caring deeply is exhausting. For me, it’s the opposite. Being passionate gives me energy. It’s what gets me out of bed at 5 am. It’s what makes me bake something from scratch when I could easily outsource. It’s why I write until midnight, give my full attention, and tweak a tablescape three times before guests arrive.
When I love something—I give it everything. Always have. Always will.
But let me be clear—that doesn’t mean getting taken for a ride. Passion isn’t about letting people walk all over you. It’s not about tolerating rudeness, fake friends, or those who drain your spirit. If you’re always giving and not getting anything meaningful in return? Delete and move on. No one needs that energy vacuum.
Caring is an energy. It’s a vibration. It’s not about performance—it’s about connection. Give deeply where it’s mutual. Protect your fire where it’s not.
It’s writing screenplays with a baby asleep on my chest. It’s running a home while feeding my family organic food I’ve cooked myself. It’s choosing the perfect linens with matching napkin rings—because the details matter. It’s studying global affairs with the conviction to make a difference in this world, praying with my son, taking business calls in heels, and still making time for a blow-dry.
It’s not about being busy. It’s about being lit up by what I do. Passion isn’t noisy. It’s steady. It’s sacred. It’s personal.
People ask how I balance it all—the truth is, I don’t. I pour myself into what matters in that moment. Some days I’m a powerhouse. Some days I’m a poet. Some days I’m just a woman in a dressing gown eating biscuits with my baby.
But when I am in something—I’m in it completely.
That’s what makes it worthwhile.
The only thing I’ve ever regretted? Honestly—nothing. I live passionately and honestly in a world where so many people use fakeness to move.
I’ve never dulled my instincts to make someone else comfortable—and I never will. That’s not just confidence, that’s clarity.
And if you’re still doing that? Stop. Immediately.
You don’t owe anyone a watered-down version of yourself. Ever.
If you’ve been told you’re “too much,” I hope you stay that way.
Care more. Love harder. Go deeper.
All in, always.
