The Luxury Mummy was born when Chelsea Green embraced motherhood, marking the next chapter of her ever-evolving brand.
Since its inception in 2012 under the brand name CSG Lux, it has been a premier destination for lovers of luxury. Founded by award-winning Māori-English filmmaker, writer, actress, and model Chelsea Green, the brand began as a creative outlet in the same year Instagram launched. Over the past three years, its following has doubled, evolving into The Luxury Mummy—a space where Chelsea shares her passion for high-end fashion, travel, beauty, and lifestyle.
A defining moment in her career came in 2016 when she won Best New Filmmaker and Best New Actress from the Women of Film and TV Institute for her short film Titiro, a narrative exploring the ancient Māori gods of New Zealand. Now, Titiro is being adapted into a $30 million feature film, co-written with the writers of Batman.
Beyond luxury, Chelsea is deeply committed to philanthropy and advocacy. Over the past decade, she has supported and collaborated with organizations such as LightUpForBibas, the Soi Dog Foundation, Street Child UK, Compassionate Paws, the Humane Society, The Innocence Project, Home Leone, and YWAM’s initiatives in Ukraine, championing causes that support both people and animals worldwide.
With a career spanning two decades, Chelsea has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including Vogue Bridal, Givenchy, and Christian Louboutin. She has also partnered with leading luxury hotels such as Sofitel, Shangri-La, and Versace, curating exceptional experiences for her audience.
In 2025, The Luxury Mummy is set to launch its first podcast, offering an insider’s perspective on luxury, travel, and lifestyle across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
