The Luxury Mummy emerged when CSG Lux embraced motherhood! Since its inception in 2012, CSG Lux has been dedicated to lovers of luxury. Founded by award-winning Maori/English filmmaker, writer, actress, and model Chelsea Green, it began as a creative outlet just a few years after Instagram’s launch. With over 200,000 Instagram followers under ChelseaSummerGreen, the brand transitioned to CSG Lux in 2022. In the past three years, CSG Lux, now known as The Luxury Mummy, has seen its following double.
A significant milestone in CSG’s career was winning Best New Filmmaker and Best New Actress in 2016 from The Women of Film and TV Institute for the short film Titiro, a narrative exploring the ancient Maori gods of New Zealand. This story is now being adapted into a $10 million feature film by the writers of Batman and will be directed by Hollywood’s Ron Yuan.
The Luxury Mummy is passionate about charity and giving back, having collaborated with organizations such as the Soi Dog Foundation, Street Child UK, Compassionate Paws, Humane Society, The Innocent Project, Home Leone, and YWAM’s initiatives in Ukraine over the past decade. Her commitment to helping people and animals globally remains at the forefront of her mission.
Throughout her two-decade career, The Luxury Mummy has collaborated with prestigious brands like Vogue Bridal, Givenchy, and Christian Louboutin. She has also partnered with some of the world’s leading luxury brands, including Sofitel, Shangri-La, and Versace.
In 2025, The Luxury Mummy is set to debut her first podcast. The Luxury Mummy continues to focus on the finer things in life, sharing them with her audience through Instagram, TikTok, and online.
